1	Area of Work	This office is responsible for implementing programs that support community campuses in enhancing the quality of higher education by strengthening infrastructure, information and communication technology, libraries, furniture, and other resources. It also carries out the programs designated by the Provincial Government to improve the quality of school education. Furthermore, it implements initiatives related to women’s rights, women’s empowerment, and gender equality, along with awareness and prevention programs against gender-based violence, human trafficking, and transportation of persons. The office also executes programs for the protection of children’s rights and interests, including child-friendly governance, effective service delivery, child rescue funds, and child reform and rehabilitation programs. In addition, it implements programs aimed at supporting senior citizens and persons with disabilities. It carries out youth-related programs that promote employment and self-employment in line with provincial policies and encourages young scientists through various initiatives. To support the implementation of provincial sports policies, the office contributes to the development of sports infrastructure and conducts sports-related programs. It also implements programs targeted at endangered, marginalized, impoverished, and senior citizen groups. Moreover, the office executes employment-promotion programs, including training, seed capital support, and loan management for employment and self-employment. It coordinates and facilitates matters concerning laborers, social security, the labor force, and the labor market. Additionally, it implements science and technology programs at the district level, as well as drinking water and sanitation programs.
